AT32F435RGT7 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller launched by ArteryTek, belonging to the AT32F435 series of ultra-efficient microcontrollers. It is built around a powerful Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, featuring a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) and a digital signal processing (DSP) instruction set. Supported by ArteryTek's proprietary sLib (Super Library) accelerator, it operates at a maximum frequency of 288 MHz with a computing power exceeding 600 DMIPS.
The chip integrates 1MB of on-chip Flash and 384KB of on-chip SRAM, housed in a 64-pin LQFP (10×10mm) package. It operates over an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. It provides rich connectivity options, including Dual Quad-SPI (QSPI), Dual USB Full-Speed (FS) OTG transceivers, Ethernet, an SDRAM controller, and a Camera interface, making it ideal for high-performance embedded applications requiring rich peripherals and flexible memory expansion.
